basically there are 6 types of training in hrm. Some are the following :
- Orientation : Orientation meaning is held when the new comers come in the company, and top executives introduces themselves with new comers,
- Technical skill training : in this training company executives train the new joiner that how the raw material becomes finished goods.
- Soft Skill training : In soft skill training the trainer train the new comers that how to control the anger. and cool down the situation.
- Mandatory Traning : Big MNCs give the some mandatory training where employees learn about goals of the company and it also depends on the company.
