Everything should be done in a systematic order to attain the predetermined success. The decision once made should be reviewed and remedies in case of any flaws should be identified. So, we can say that the decision-making process that is carried out in a firm is continuous and result-oriented.

Decision-making is a systematic continuous process that takes place in an organisation irrespective of the nature of the organisation. All organisations are bound to take decisions regarding business chores. These decisions are taken by experienced professionals who analyse the current scenario in both the internal and external environment of the organisation. Decision-making is thus a systematic process which is done by professionals for the betterment of the enterprise.
