Refund Policy

At CommerceMates.com, we are committed to delivering high-quality AML/KYC training, career guidance, resume review, and interview preparation services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our courses or services.

1. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed once the payment is successfully received. By enrolling in any course or service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Live Online Courses

  • Students may request a full refund within 12 hours of payment, provided the batch has not started and no course materials or recordings have been shared.
  • Once the first live class has been attended or course materials/recordings have been provided, no refund will be issued.
  • If a student is unable to attend a batch, CommerceMates may, at its sole discretion, allow the student to transfer to a future batch, subject to seat availability.

3. Digital Products

All digital products, including recorded courses, PDFs, templates, study materials, mock tests, interview question banks, and downloadable resources, are non-refundable once access has been granted due to the nature of digital content. This approach is commonly used for online learning platforms.

4. Resume Review, Mock Interviews & Career Guidance

Fees paid for the following services are non-refundable once the session has been scheduled or completed:

  • Resume Review
  • ATS Resume Optimization
  • LinkedIn Profile Review
  • Mock Interview Sessions
  • Career Guidance & Mentorship
  • One-on-One Consultation

If CommerceMates needs to reschedule a session, an alternative date and time will be provided.

5. Duplicate Payments

If you are charged more than once for the same purchase, please contact us with your transaction details. After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Course Cancellation by CommerceMates

If CommerceMates cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances and an alternative batch cannot be arranged, students will receive a full refund.

7. Technical Issues

If you are unable to access your purchased course due to a technical issue caused by our platform, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. If we are unable to provide access, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request an eligible refund, please contact us with the following information:

  • Registered Email Address
  • Course or Service Name
  • Transaction ID or Payment Receipt
  • Reason for the Refund Request

Eligible refunds, if approved, are generally processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
