Some examples of structured investment vehicles include: - A Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) which invests in commercial and residential real estate. - A Closed End Fund which invests in a particular sector such as technology, health care, or financial services. - A Master Limited Partnership (MLP) which is similar to an LP except that it has limited liability and can only be owned by accredited investors. - An Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) which tracks an index such as the S&P 500 or the NASDAQ 100.
