A micro environment is the smallest unit of an economy that has a specific function. It can be a household, a firm, or even an industry. A micro environment consists of institutions, goods and services, labor markets and prices. It is made up of these four elements that interact with one another to create the larger macro environment in which it exists.

A micro environment is a physical or virtual space that is small in scale and contains a limited number of elements. Micro environments are created to provide an engaging experience for the customer. They also help companies to manage their costs and increase profits by reducing their overhead. Elements of a micro environment: -Interaction: The interaction between the customer, the product, and the company -Visuals: The visuals in the micro environment should be clear and easy to understand -Audio: The sound should be natural and not too loud
