There are certain assumptions in HRD to ensure the formulation of the best principles while organisation development. The foremost assumption is that the HR of an organisation is vast and can be enhanced by various interventions by the management. The HRD manager believes that giving guidance to the employees will improve their working capacity of the employees. Effective HRD will always improve the problem-solving capacity and train the staff to be better personnel in the organisation.
The organisation's staff will be competent only if the HRD is carried out in the best way. the general capabilities can be identified only if the HRD is carried out in the course of action of the business. The employees are new to this dynamic environment of the organisation so they need to be helped in a continuous and planned way so that they have establishes a sense of belongingness in the organisation. Only if they are comfortable in the organisation, they will work to thrive and succeed for the organisation.
The commitment of the employees will be increased only if there is HRD as HRD facilitates their personal growth also. When the employees are committed and there is a well-established link between the organisation and the staff there will be an overall development of the organisation. When the capabilities of the employees are developed, they also become better humans in society will also help in improving the standard of living of society as a whole.
