A firm without ethics is always looked down upon by society. A firm with ethics always has a preference among the stakeholders of the company. A firm with ethics is more reliable and will have supreme growth in society. A firm needs to follow these ethics to avoid legal regulations and unwanted interference from outsiders and disrupt the peaceful working of the organisation. A firm with ethics will have a superior image in society.

An ethical environment always provides a better working environment for the employees. They always value the inner peace and psychological needs of the employees and there will be better performance of those employees in the organisation. An ethical environment attracts more stakeholders in favour of their work. In an instance, if the firm lacks ground support from outsiders they will have priority among the creditors due to their supremacy in the field because of their ethical nature.
