The internal business environment is the set of conditions that exist inside a company. It includes the organizational structure, culture, and systems in place. The internal business environment is composed of four elements:
  • Marketing intermediaries such as distribution firms, marketing services, etc. 
  • Resellers who hold and sell the company product 
  • Customers who buy the products 
  • Competitor who sell the same product
