Environmental analysis is the process of evaluating the environmental impact of a particular decision or process. There are many types of environmental analysis, and they are typically applied to different kinds of decisions or processes. There are three types of environmental analysis:
  • SWOT analysis which means examine the strength, weakness, opportunities and threats.
  • TOWS matrix which includes strategic planning, identifying opportunities and threats and implementing plans accordingly. 
  • WOTS-UP matric which serves as a tool for conducting SWOT analysis.

Environmental analysis is a type of analysis that looks at the impact of an action on the environment. They are divided into two types: - Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) - is a type of environmental review that assesses the potential environmental impacts and benefits for a proposed project or activity. - Environmental Audits - are performed in order to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Some examples include: - Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) - An assessment that includes an evaluation of the potential impacts on air, water, land and other natural resources caused by a proposed project. - Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) - An assessment that includes an evaluation of how a product or service will impact people, animals, plants and other living beings during its entire life cycle from production to disposal. - Endocrine Disruption Assessment (EDA) - This type of assessment is used when there is evidence that chemicals in a product may interfere with the body’s hormones in ways that can cause cancer and other diseases.
