Business environment refers to the state of the market, which includes the economic, political, and social aspects of a country. When we say business environment, we are talking about what is happening in the world around us that affects our businesses. The business environment is constantly evolving and changing. What was once considered as a hindrance to business can now be seen as an opportunity.

It includes the five factors that determine a company's success - market, customers, competitors, technology and resources. The business environment is constantly changing with new technologies and changes in society. The key to staying ahead of the game is to adapt quickly and be able to take advantage of these changes.

The business environment is the collective of all elements that create a competitive landscape for organizations to thrive in. This includes the market, government regulations, social norms, and technological advancements.
