What is Training?

Training is the process of learning the methods and tricks of the particular industry. training is the essential thing to grow the organization, it helps the employees as well as the organization in growth and producing higher quality products.

The Training is a systematic activity performed to modify the skills, attitudes and the behavior of an employee to perform a particular job.

Apprenticeship

In this Method, theoretical instruction and practical learning are provided to trainees in training institutes.Training takes a long time to learn because it makes the trainees more professional and knowledgeable.

In the case study method, trainees learn about the real-life experiences of the products and services. This method helps the trainees to learn real solutions and problems.
