What is AIDA?

AIDA is a psychological model which is developed in 1898 by an American businessman. A stand for Attention, I stand for Interest, D stand for Desire and A stand for Action.

AIDA is an acronym that stands for Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action. The AIDA model is widely used in marketing and advertising to describe the steps or stages that occur from the time when a consumer first becomes aware of a product or brand through to when the consumer trials a product or makes a purchase decision.

Maintain Interest

AIDA helps the customer to remain his interest and influence to buy the products. it does not generate interest. Consider what a potential client wants to know and provide meaningful information or alluring content to build up interest.

Create Desire

the second important part of AIDA is that it creates Desire of the people and show the benefits of the products.it can also involve techniques such as a celebrity spokesperson or an appeal to emotions to build desire.

Get Action

The ultimate aim of advertising is to sell the product more. So, AIDA rules help people to buy the products. For a web visitor, it can mean signing up for an online newsletter, asking for a representative to contact the customer, or buying the product online.

Boost Economy

AIDA helps the economy to grow, because when the people buy their preferred goods or services. it helps to maintain the flow of the funds, which ultimately boost the economy and provide employment.
