There are many disadvantages to human resource management. One of the most common is that it can cost a lot of time and energy. The reason for this is because it requires a high level of skill and expertise in order to keep track of all the different things that need attention.
Human resource management is a very costly and time consuming process. Also, it is inflexible and rigid which limits the scope of functioning of management.
