Bureaucratic leadership is a leadership style where the employees are told what to do without explanation. The leader will often provide a very detailed strategy and leave nothing to ambiguity.

Bureaucratic Leadership is a form of leadership in which the employees are expected to strictly follow the rules and procedures. In this type of leadership, there is strict supervision, a chain of command, no room for errors, and limited communication among the employees.
