TOWS analysis is a common practice in the digital world. It is a way to analyze technology trends and predict future developments. The main purpose of TOWS analysis is to identify what will happen in the market in the future. There are four stages that need to be analyzed: -Technology: What technologies are currently being used? -Organization: Who are the players in this market? -Strategy: What are their strategies? How do they compete with each other? -Style: What does this company want to communicate about themselves?
