Job evaluation facilitates the organisational structure along with human resource planning. They recruit employees according to the requirements that are laid out in the evaluation process and the skills are developed in the existing employees or new employees having relevant skills are adopted. The organisation will have a clearcut idea of the determinants of the firm.
