There are many factors affecting the job in an organisation. Job evaluation gives a clear idea of what is to be done in case of disparities in the organisation. They ensure that the correct pay and skills are put to the best use for the achievement of the goals of the organisation.

Job analysis reduces the various confusions that arise in course of business. They provide correct information regarding the factors affecting job performance and provide a standard which has to be achieved. The eligible candidates are recruited based on these standards put out as part of the job evaluation.

As job evaluation eliminated inequalities arising at the time of payment, they develop a cooperative and harmonious atmosphere in the workplace. They reduce the conflicts in the organisation regarding the pay scale as everyone is given fair compensation for the work provided by them. job analysis always helps in understanding all the skills required so recruitment will always be done in a specialized manner.
