Autocratic leadership is a form of leadership wherein the leader makes all the decisions. Decisions are made unilaterally and often without input from those who will carry out the task.

Autocratic leadership is a style of management that involves one person making all the decisions. This leadership style may be appropriate in situations where there are few employees, or one person has expertise in an area and wants to bring that knowledge to their organization.
